Hi there, With my account (GWIRE PTY LTD), how many staff can I use BEAM with for super payments before I am charged $4 per active staff per month?

Hi there, chinatown.

 

You can enter or use multiple staff as many as you can. Regardless of the date range you choose, super batches will only contain super that has been processed in a pay run. 

 

Employees who might not be validated after applying the filters will appear in red or yellow and you can choose Click to View to see the error. After you’ve corrected the errors you can select Submit.

 

To know all the Beam's fees and costs or charges you'll receive, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They can pull up your account to see the exact charge per active staff per month.

1. Open your QuickBooks Account.

2. At the top right, click the Help icon.

3. Click Contact Us.

4. Under What can we help you with?, enter your concern.

5. Click Let's Talk.
