I have tried using the app, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari and when I click on “Employees” tab I get a blank screen.

Hi there, @melissa-hytch. I'm determined to ensure you can access the Employees tab right away.

If you're having issues accessing the Employees tab in QuickBooks Online, ensure to allow or accept cookies. Please select the link for your browser and follow the steps to allow cookies:

Then, log back in and access the Employees tab in your QuickBooks Online account. If you're still getting a blank screen, we can perform basic troubleshooting to resolve it. First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

Log in to your account and access the tab. If it works, I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate.

To clear your app's data, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Note: A message appears “Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes.”
  4. Tap Refresh to confirm.

I'm also linking this article that allows you to track your pay run processing steps easily: Manage Pay Run Tasks.
