How can I get payroll to pay out annual leave on termination at the value it was accrued on

When leave is paid out in a termination pay, the value is calculated automatically based on the current settings for the employee in question. If you want the value to use a different value when paying it out, you would need to manually calculate it and adjust the category value manually, however the system is not able to automatically detect previous values and use those in place of the current settings.
