Hi cath4,

This depends on what specific report you are running and what information you need to show on the report. For example, the Gross to Net Report (view a breakdown of total earnings, deductions and superannuation for each employee over a given period of time) can be filtered to run for only one employee at a time, and you can do the same with the Ordinary Time Earnings Report (shows a breakdown of earnings and super for an employee during the financial year).

However if you are running something like the Detailed Activity Report (a breakdown of activity by location per employee), you will be unable to filter to one specific employee as this report groups by the earnings location rather than employee. In this example, you'd need to run the report, expand the relevant areas, then download as an Excel file and exclude what you don't want to see.

I'd recommend exploring the reports available to you to see what will show you the specific information and filters you require. If you hover your mouse over each report name, you'll see more detail.
