How can I undo my own BAS

Let's make sure your user access is an accountant user. Here's how to check your user access:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online for Accountant file.
2. Click on the Team tab.
3. Under Access column, check if your status shows Full or Primary Admin.

To add, when unlodging a BAS please ensure to unlodge the most recent BAS. 

If the issue is the same, I'd recommend performing basic troubleshooting steps like signing in using a web browser. Private browser does not save cache and cookies. Here's how to open a new incognito window:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift +N
