Question

How do I apply the jobmaker payment to past payruns so that I can submit them to the ATO

I have just found out that we are elible for the jobmaker payments and I have already submitted payruns.

From reading on google the instructions are to add Jobmaker within the payrun per eligable employee which I dont have an issue with but what if it is payruns that have already been submitted to the ATO.

Do I re-do the payrun and submit it to the ATO again or do I do a new payrun and only include the elibable employee and if so, how do I record his hours without submitting an amount?

There is no where that I can find this information out?

Thanks in advance.

Hi 1394206135H37,

You can unlock the pay run submitted to the ATO if the pay run has no super payment on it. Doing so, you'll be able to enter an adjustment on a pay run.

Here's how to unlock and add jobmaker payment on a pay run:

1. Select Employees tab.
2. Click on the required pay run in the Pay Runs screen.
3. Click on the Pay Run Actions button then choose the Unlock option.
4. Enter a reason for unlocking the pay run and select OK

However, if you still need to make an adjustment on a pay run and the super has been paid already, you will need to create an adhoc pay run.
