How do I change the PAYG liability account that gets used when posting a payrun. The account I want to use is not showing as an option when I try to update it.

Let me guide you on how you can import the PAYG account from QBO Chart of Accounts to your Payroll Chart of Accounts. Here's how to:

1. Click on the Payroll tab.
2. Click on Chart of Accounts.
3. Click on Default Accounts.
4. Click on Import Accounts button.
5. Check from the drop-down list if you're able to select the correct PAYG account.
6. Click on Save.

Your payroll journals will be posted to the account selected in the payroll default chart of accounts moving forward.
