How do I edit the termination date of an employee?

Hi dalys,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

You will have to reactivate your employee to be able to edit their termination date. Let me guide you how:

 

  1. Click on the Payroll tab.
  2. Click on the drop-down arrow next to Active Employees.
  3. Select All Employees.
  4. Locate and click the terminated employee.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom and click on the Re-activate employee.
  6. Click on Terminate Employee again and set the correct and new Termination date.
  7. Click on Terminate to confirm action.

 

Drop by again in the Community if you have further questions about your payroll account.
