How do I make a previous employee (that is now inactive) to Active, as we are employing him again after several years

Commencement date and full time needs to change,

Hello, @ctait.

 

Thanks for visiting the Community. I'd be glad to show you how to make an inactive employee active again.

 

There are just a few steps to get this done. Here's how:

 

1. Click the Workers tab from the left navigation bar.

2. Make sure Employees is selected at the top of the page.

3. Choose the drop-down list showing Active employees, select All employees.

4. Click the inactive employee.

5. Select the small pencil icon in the Employment section.

6. In the Status drop-down, click Active.

7. Click Done.

 

The employee will now be active once again and you're all set. I'll be here if you have any other questions.
