How do I pay superannuation for a terminated employee?

There is an ongoing Product Investigation reported about unable to process super payments in QuickBooks Online Payroll. It's INV-112252: Unable to process super payments Error "The organization name in the fund details must be provided." I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, your account will be added to the affected companies and you'll get email notification once a fix has been deployed.

To contact support:

1. Click on the Help (?) icon in QBO.
2. Click on Search and select Contact Us.
3. Enter a short description of your issue.
4. Click on Continue.
5. Choose Start a chat or Call Us.
