How do I process the BAS and IAS payments in 'banking' when I have paid in split payments? I cant match to Tax Payments like normally do- it asks me to resolveDifference

Are you recording your BAS and IAS Payments in the GST center before you match the payments in the bank feed to the journals? If you record your payments/refunds via the GST center and then match as normal you shouldn't need to resolve the differences.
