How do I use Payroll in the Windows App (ver 4.0.9). It says I need to enable third party cookies, but I don't know how (in the app).

Hello sedge-

 

We are experiencing accessibility issues with the Employees tab in the QuickBooks App; we will be launching a new version of the app in the next couple of days. In the meantime please log in on a browser, Chrome or Firefox; and you should be able to access the Employees tab with out issue. 

 

Please also call into our support team so that we can record you as affected by the accessibility issues. Follow the instructions below to get a callback. 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Contact us and enter the details of your concern.
  3. Click Let's talk and choose Chat or Get a callback.
  4. Enter the needed information.
