Question

How I can fix a wrong dates of pay runs?somehow I have pay runs in a same date. thats how dates of all pay runs later are wrong and show me "incomplete actions"

You can do that by unlocking the Pay Run, following the steps below:

 

Unlocking a Pay Run

  1. Select Employees from the left-hand menu 
  2. Select Pay Runs and then select the Pay Run you wish to unlock 
  3. Select Pay Run Actions then choose the Unlock
  4. Enter in a Comment about why you’re unlocking the Pay Run then select Unlock

After you unlocked the Pay Run, you can make the required adjustments, then finalise it again.
