How to finalise a payrun when using single touch payroll ?

paid employees by manual payment. downloading a payment file and uploading it to my internet banking provider I am unsure about ?

This will ultimately depend on which is easier or more convenient for you.

Choosing to pay the employees manually will mean you need to process an EFT payment to each employee's account one at a time.

With an ABA file it allows you the option to do this in a batch payment.
