How to seletc pay category of 'Social & Community Services Level 4 (Day Worker) - Casual', there is only Level 1 avaliable.

Let us check and update the awards in QuickBooks Online Payroll. In order to update the awards, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online Payroll account.
2. Go to the Employees tab.
3. Click on Payroll Settings.
4. Select Awards from the menu.
5. Click on the Add Award button.
6. Fill out the necessary information for the award, such as the name, description, and amount.
7. Click on Save.

Once you have completed these steps, the awards will be updated in QuickBooks Online Payroll. You can also check this link here to learn more about Common industry award guides and references.

Furthermore, I recommend also checking the Rule sets in Payroll settings to see if it is set up correctly.
