Question

I am trying to access my employees tab when I click on it, it comes up with a blank page. I have gone in to payroll settings and clicked on it again nothing

I chatted yesterday with someone from quickbooks they said the problems has been sorted but nothing.

Hi jmwfabs,

 

Let's check your browser settings and ensure that third party cookies is not blocked as this may cause issues with loading the Employees tab or blank screen. Here's how to unblock third party cookies depending on the browser you're using. 

 

For Google Chrome:

 

  1. Select the 3 vertical dots on the top right corner.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Under Privacy and Security select Cookies and other site data.
  4. Select Allow all cookies under General Settings.

 

For Safari:

 

  1. Select Safari on the top left corner.
  2. Select Preferences  then Privacy. 
  3. Untick Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.

 

Once you have unblocked third-party cookies, return to your QuickBooks file. Log out, then log back in. The Employees tab should now load.
