I can edit all other employees' super details, but not Jacob, after click the green save button, nothing happens, normally it would show a message telling you changes has been saved...

Hi m-he,

Thanks for posting in the Community!

Have you tried to scrolled up to se if there's an error message?

Let's perform some basic trouble shooting steps to isolate the situation encountered. Let's start by using a new incognito window (private browsing) and attempt to edit the employee's super details once more. Sometimes cache stores up in the system causing problems on the web page. Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox:  press Ctrl + Shift + P

Then, log back in to QuickBooks Online Payroll account and attempt to edit the employee's super details once more to check if you can save it this time. I'd recommend checking if you're entering them in the Regulated tab or Self Managed, making sure you're entering on the correct tab.

Also, confirm with the employee whether the updated super fund should apply to future or unprocessed contributions.

You can check this link to learn more about How to automate Super Payments using Beam in QuickBooks Online.

I'd also recommend using a different compatible browser like Google Chrome or Safari.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support Team. That way, one of our support agents can further check the employee super fund details in a secure form.

Post again in the Community if you have more questions about QuickBooks Online. Have a great rest of the day!
