I can not process payroll today and it says payment activities are currently disabled as the status of your subscription is KEYPAY_EXCEPTION

I am in the same boat glad im not the only one the quickbooks customer service has been atrocious throughout ive gotten no answers other than try another browser try in an hour or two, now I cant even be connected to someone to find out whats happening.

Hi Cmalt, 

 

There was an outage on Sunday 14th which prevented QuickBooks Online Payroll powered by KeyPay users from viewing or running payroll. This has since been fixed and users should no longer be experiencing any more difficulty.
