I can't open a pay run at all. I click on the Employees tab and I get nothing!

Let's determine what's preventing you from running a pay run. To start with, let's try doing it on a private window. This is where we can identify any browser-related issues.

You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

Then if it works, we can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Once a cache is piled up, it can be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages.

We also have the option to switch to a different supported browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
