I cant seem to open my Employee portal. When I click on it the page comes up blank. Do you know how to fix this? It’s been like it for a week now. Thanks

Thank you so much for your question regarding not being able to access your Employees tab. 

 

For best performance, we recommend using Google Chrome as your browser for QuickBooks. 

 

Please could you clear your cache and cookies for QuickBooks in your browser and try to access it again? To do this, follow the instructions on this Clear Cache and Cookies article. 

 

Let me know how you go and if you are able to access your Employees tab.
