I have a client who recently switched over from from Reckon & would like to import their payroll history. Is this possible? They have set the employees up but no history.

Entering payroll history in QuickBooks Online for Australia needs special handling by our QuickBooks Care Team. They have the necessary tools such as screen sharing to help you through the whole process.

Here's how you can reach us:

1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter your concern.
4. Click Let’s talk.
5. Choose Get a callback. 
6. Type in your contact info.
7. Select Confirm my call.
