I have a payrun which is showing paid & lodged ATO however the journal which transfers to the Wages, W1, W2, Super exp and Super Liability has disappeared. Help?

If the journal is not showing in QuickBooks Online, the following steps will re-export it to your payroll accounts:

1. Go to the Employees tab, then select Pay Runs. 
2. Click on the relevant pay run to open it.
3. Select Pay Run Actions, then Unlock.
4. Follow the prompts to unlock the pay run. Then select Finalise Pay Run. Select 'Create pay event manually at a later date' - as you have already lodged this with the ATO, you do not need to do so again. Unlocking and re-finalising will not affect the lodgement. Then select Finalise.
5. Navigate to your Payroll Clearing account (or whichever account your pay runs journal to) to review the journals. 

You should now see the journal showing in the relevant accounts.
