I have created my first payrun that included a child support deduction, however I have no idea where the child support amount is sitting now for disbursal?

By default, any pre-tax deductions will be recorded to the Payroll clearing account - however you can check the Payroll Settings - Chart of Accounts section in the Employees tab to change the account that you want to record the deduction to. The setting will be under the Deduction Categories drop-down menu.
