I have entered opening balances for employees from another payroll system and I cant print payment summaries

So that we can better assist you on this, may I get a few clarifications from you, please?

 

1. Which FY was Opening Balance been entered for and which FY you are trying to print the payment summaries? FY detail for opening balance can be found in Opening balance setting 

2. Has STP been enabled and lodged in QuickBooks Online?

3. Did you get any error message when trying to print the Payment Summaries? If so, what was it?
