I have had an employee on work cover, he has been accuring RDO whilst on unpaid leave. How do I find out how many hours I need to deduct?

There are multiple reports you can run in your payroll account. One report you can run to check the hours to deduct is the Leave Balances report. Here's how:

1. Click on the Employees tab.
2. Click on Reports.
3. Click Leave Balances under Payroll column.
4. Set the fields and click Run report.

Another area you can check is by going to the Employee details and click on Leave balances. Here's how to check:

1. Click on the Employees tab.
2. Click on the employee list and select the employee name.
3. Click on Leave balances.

You'll be able to see the leave taken and leave balance of the employee from there.
