I have tried to add new payrun. However, it did not open. The message says : " Please wait while pay run calculations are completed"

I need to delete this payrun and recreate it again. How do I do it

Hi karina8, 

 

To me that sounds like a potential browser issue is occurring as that is not a normal display message and perhaps is generating because of browser interference. 

 

QuickBooks Online uses browser cache and cookies to run faster. But sometimes these can also block web pages from loading. Please use the guide by clicking here to clear cache and cookies, including try different browser available to see if the issue occurs there.
