Question

I’m trying to add employee, its telling me to choose my plan ie:(standard payroll) then once selecting this option it says that my billing details are no longer working?

I have originally signed up using apple via iPhone to subscribe through my Apple ID, there is also no issue with my card or payments.

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

To be able to use and sign up for a QuickBooks Online Payroll, we will need to migrate your billing from Apple to Intuit QuickBooks Online. Since third party app billing does not have payroll add-ons on them.

 

I would recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, they can help you migrate your billing to Intuit QuickBooks.

 

1. In your QuickBooks Online company, select (?) Help.
2. Select either tab to get started:
3. Assistant: Get quick, personalised answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still chat to a human.
4. Search: Type a question, keyword or topic for QuickBooks Online self-help content or select Contact Us, type a question and  Continue. Choose a way to connect with us:
 

  • Start a chat with a QuickBooks support expert online.
  • Call us to get phone support.
