Hi Pauline Luxford, 

 

Thank you for reaching out on this. 

 

You can enter the job title for an employee by:

 

1. Clicking on the Employees tab

2. Click on the name of the employee

3. Click on Pay Run Defaults 

4. Enter the job title in the Job Title text box

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save
