I want to prepare a BAS or IAS for lodgment for 2019/2020 from 1 july 2019 to 30 june 2020 Can anyone help me pls

If you are entering a BAS that covers a full year, you need to ensure you have the correct lodging frequency set up in the GST centre. This way when you proceed with preparing the BAS in QuickBooks Online, it can include the data for the relevant time period:

1. Select the GST tab, then the Settings button (next to the Run Reports button, top right).
2. Select Tax Settings and adjust accordingly - set the lodging frequency to Annually and edit any other settings as required.
3. Select Save.
