I would like to adjust the payrate percentage%2C under the payroll setting%2C there is no pay categories

I tried to replicate this in my QuickBooks and I was able to see Pay Categories when I go to Payroll Settings tab. 

Since you’re not having this option, you might want to open your payroll on a private window. This is to check if the overloaded files in your browser is causing the issue. If it works fine, clear your browser’s cache or use a different one.
