I would like to please find a way for employees to e-sign their documents through WorkZone, to save in the 'documents' area of the employees tab. Is there an add on app?

Thanks for reaching out to us with this enquiry.

At the current moment there is no way to e-sign documents through WorkZone.

The closest thing to this that I can think of is the acknowledgment feature that you can use in WorkZone.

This would be great to send through to the Product Team, so I would definitely be putting this in the Feedback section of QuickBooks (Settings > Feedback).

You may have 2 options:

1. Consider Docusign for your documents and utilize a connector to automate the process and move the signed documents automatically to GDrive or OneDrive. You may access the signed documents on WorkZone later.
