If I want to see the former payruns I go to 'employees' on the left and the option comes up. Why am all I seeing is a list of employees please

Thank you for reaching out. A browser issue may be affecting the link to the Payroll section.

Could you please try logging in to QuickBooks via an Incognito window or another browser and let me know if the same issue occurs?

Also, I would suggest double checking that 3rd Party Cookies are not blocked on your browser settings.
