Hello there, @btconcreting.

You can open your QuickBooks using a private browser. Let me guide you how.

Your browsers store temporary internet files and cache to speed up, but too much can cause unexpected behavior.

To use a private browser, here’s how:

   Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

   Safari: Command + Shift + N

   Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N

  Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

Also, you can resize the page of the application. To minimize it, hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and the minus (-) sign repeatedly to zoom out and make the page smaller. Meanwhile, press the Ctrl and the plus (+) keys to zoom in.

While waiting for the resolution, please sign up for our notification list of affected users. I’m unable to pull up account details in the Community for safety purposes.

I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Care Team since they can add your company in a secure space. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select the Contact Us link.
  3. This will open another window where you can enter the issue/topic.
  4. Once done, click on the Let’s talk button to view the support information.
  5. Choose how you want to contact our QBO Care Team.
  6. Click Start a chat or Get a callback.

If there's anything that I can help, please let me know.
