Is there a recommended app/system for the employees to clock in and clock out their hours? Currently it’s done on Excel but I would like to streamline this process.

If you're using QBO Payroll, on your KeyPay account, you can download Workzone for your employees clock in and clock out. However, if you are not using QBO Payroll, you may refer on the Apps tab Center and browse category to Track Time.
