Is there a setting to receive birthday notifications?

I can share some information about setting birthday notifications, @sheilap.

The option to receive birthday notifications in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is currently unavailable. That would be a great addition to the current features that we have, so I’ll take note of it. I also encourage you to leave feedback from within the product. Just follow the steps below:

Here are the steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
2. Provide your product suggestion. 
3. Click on Next to submit feedback.

In the meantime, you can generate Employee Details Report from the Reports menu to see all birthdays. Here's detailed guidance on how to run and customise this report: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.
