Is there anything different I have to do now to do a pay run , after enabling single touch payroll with the Quickbooks system?

After enabling Single Touch Payroll, the only thing different that you will encounter is when finalising your Pay Run, you will now get the option to Lodge Pay Run with ATO now, or manually at a later date. 

• Lodging the Pay Run now will bring you to the Pay Event page, where you can validate that all the figures are correct. Then, simply click the Lodge with ATO button and it will be sent to the ATO. 
• Alternatively if you want to lodge it manually at a later date, you can access the Pay Run from the Pay Runs tab, and then select Lodge Pay Run with ATO which brings you to the Pay Event page.
