It seems that the One Touch Payroll system has allocated nearly twice as much superannuation, how do you fix this?

Single Touch Payroll (STP) is the new way to report wages, PAYG and superannuation to ATO. 

I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team to fix the duplicate payroll data. They can do payroll corrections in your company file to ensure you have an accurate data.

1. Click Help in the upper-right corner and select Contact us.
2. Enter a brief detail of your concern and select Let's talk.
3. Choose how you want to reach them (chat or phone).
