Hi hotworksyanchep,

Let me help you access your Employees tab using your Macbook or Mac computer.

First, we need to check your Safari settings to verify the set up. Here's how:

  1. Open Safari browser.
  2. Click on Preferences.
  3. Click on Privacy.
  4. Select Prevent cross-site tracking and untick the box.

Then, close the Safari browser and re-launch it and access the Employees tab of your QuickBooks Online account once more.

If you're using the Chrome browser. Here's how to check and enable cookies in Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome browser.
  2. Click on More Settings.
  3. Under Privacy and security, click Settings.
  4. Click Cookies.
  5. From here, you can:
  • Turn on cookies: Next to Blocked turn on the switch.
  • Turn off cookies: Turn off Allow sites to save and read cookie data.

That's it! You should be able to access the employees tab in your QuickBooks Online account after.
