Hello earthandwaterwor,

 

Are you referring to a leave allowance showing a different leave category on the payslip? If so, you'll have to check the leave allowance and category setup. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Employees tab.
  2. Click on Payroll Settings.
  3. Click on Leave Categories.
  4. Check and locate the leave category in question.
  5. Check the setup and make changes if needed.

 

The next area to check is the employee's leave allowance and see if the employee was set to an allowance template. Here's how:

 

  1. Under the employee's tab dashboard, locate and select the employee affected.
  2. Click on Pay Run Defaults, locate Apply the following Leave Allowances Template and check if a template was set or not.
  3. Check also the employee's Leave Allowances to verify what is set.
  4. If a leave allowance template was set, go to Payroll Settings.
  5. Click on Leave Allowance Templates.
  6. Locate and click the template name and verify the leave allowance in question.
  7. Edit the template if needed.

Then, try to create a dummy pay run and print or preview to verify the details.
