Leave loading isn't calculating

Welcome to the Community, mikofoodwares. 

 

Let's check the leave loading set up to ensure that it is calculating correctly on a pay run. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to Employees tab and select Payroll Settings.
  2. Select Leave Categories
  3. Select a leave category and check if a leave loading is added.
  4. Select Save if any changes made on the leave category. 

Once done, kindly check the leave allowance template you've set on the employee if it has a leave loading applied on it. 

 

  1. Go to Employees tab.
  2. Select an employee and then go to Leave Allowances
  3. On a leave category, see if it has a leave loading on it.
