Question

My employee tab is not working and i have followed the directions in the preferences on safari and it is still not working? I need help desperately. Thanks

Hi Julienne1,

 

The best browser compatible with Quickbooks Online are definitely Google Chrome or FireFox, try using these browsers as much as possible when working within Quickbooks.

 

Have you tried clearing the cookies and cache data?

If it is still not working for you, try opening up an Incognito/Private browsing window in Chrome/FireFox and log into Quickbooks that way.
