My payg on BAs and payg and transaction by tax code differ. I have checked the journals and all appear fine. All was good last quarter. Anyone had this problem?

It's a good start that you're able to compare your BAS and Transaction by Tax Code report to see the difference. You'll have to check your PAYGW Amendment report to see any changes showing.

Here's how:

1. Click on the Reports tab.
2. On the search box type Amendment.
3. Choose PAYG Withholding Amendment Report.
4. Select and Accounting method.
5. Click on Run report.

From there we can view if you've changed, deleted or added transactions you've already filed. If you're able to view the exceptions, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They can help you unlodge the previous BAS and provide further assistance regarding your BAS.
