My payroll has not been posting journals.. Has anyone else had this trouble and if so how did you fix it? Thanks

Thanks for letting us know about this.

This can happen on rare occasions, but we are able to easily trigger the posting of the journals.

For the pay run in question, could you please open it up and see if there is a button named Export To QuickBooks and select it if available. 

This will post the journals if they have not already been posted.

Another thing you could try if that doesn't work, is to Unlock the pay run, then Finalise it again.

Re-finalising the pay run should trigger the payroll journals to be posted to QuickBooks.
