My payrun is not going through to the ATO ?

Hi info938,

 

This could be for a number of different reasons. We are aware the ATO experienced a brief outage around 4.30PM AEST yesterday afternoon, and as a result some pay events may be currently queued for submission. If the status of the pay event is 'Awaiting ATO Processing' or 'Waiting on response from ATO' but all other previous events have lodged successfully, this is the most likely reason. You do not need to stay logged in for this as it will process in the background. 

 

 If however you are seeing an error message/failed pay event, please feel free to reply with more details or reach out to our Support Team directly on 1800 046 038 or by following the steps below so we can troubleshoot this with you:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Contact us and enter the details of your concern.
  3. Click Let's talk and choose Chat or Get a callback.
  4. Enter the required information.
