Need someone to call me please!!! Can’t use my app, you keep taking money out of my account!!!! Not ***** happy!!!!

We value data security in this forum. Also, we have updated our support options. With this, we're unable to make phone calls from this platform. I'd suggest using the Get a callback feature from the Help menu. This way, one of our representatives will call you at a convenient time. They can determine the root cause of the issue on your app and help fix it. They can also review the charges on your account. Here's how: 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
  2. Select Contact Us
  3. Enter Can't Use My App And There Are Charges On My Account in the What can we help you with? box. 
  4. Hit Let's talk
  5. Choose Get a callback. 
  6. Enter the necessary information. 
  7. Click Confirm my call

 

Once resolved, I recommend clicking the link below specific to your app. It will help you troubleshoot most app-related issues and their general support.
