    Not explored other options but pretty disappointed by the money grab. We paid for a full years subscription in advance including payroll and they subsequently just removed part of the subscription we paid for and charge us more money...

     

    Let us know if you find anything as we are certainly tiring of QBs.

      I know that price changes (especially in this climate) can be difficult and frustrating.

       

      This change will allow us to continue to invest in new features that will mean less admin for you.

      These features provide no value at all to us.

       

      What was valuable to us was you providing the services to your customers which supported their decision to use your organisation in the first place and that they have already paid for.

       

      Included payroll and a desktop app....
