Pay Run ATO Submission listed as Failed, but ATO has received

Hello,

Currently have an issue with multiple clients' STP lodgments for the week ending 18th November 2021.

QBO has the lodgments listed as Failed, but I have confirmed via ATO that these lodgments have been received.

All other weeks have worked perfectly fine.

The error in question is:

CMN.ATO.PAYEVNT.EM92172

How can I change the status of these lodgments from Failed to Successful via QBO?

It's good to hear you were able to check the STP submission to the ATO and confirmed that they've received the submission. To update the status of the pay event in your QuickBooks Online Payroll account, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, a payroll expert can check and request the affected pay event status to be updated in your payroll account in a secure form.

 

Here's how to contact support:

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click on the Help (?) icon.
  3. Click on Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief summary of your query, and click Let's talk.
  5. Choose Start a Chat or Call Us.
