Payroll not working in app?

The page saying that cookies are disable shows in the app instead of the Keypay page.  I have checked and rechecked that our cookies are exactly as the page says.  I have even edited browsers that are installed but are not used.  Why does it not just say you can't do payroll using the app?

Running payroll is available in the desktop app, dorretti.

 

However, I can see that our engineers are currently working on an investigation about a cookie error when accessing payroll using the app. 

 

You can temporarily process or create paychecks in the web version of QBO while this is being worked on. Here's the link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/au/.

 

Also, we would ask you to contact our Payroll Support Team so they can collect your account details. We have created a list of all affected users. This list also serves as a distribution list for email notifications as soon as the issue is resolved.

 

Here's how to reach out to them:

 

  1. Click the Help menu and select Contact Us.
  2. Let them know that you're having a cookies error when accessing the payroll section in the app, then click Let's talk.
  3. Click Get a callback option
