Payroll wont work, says to disable cookies- Ive done this and still no change?

I appreciate your efforts in disabling the cookies. 

 

My next recommendation is to give us a call so our payroll support team can investigate this further why you still unable to run your payroll even if you've already tried the initial steps to fix the issue.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Contact us and enter the details of your concern.
  3. Click Let's talk. 
  4. Choose Start messaging or Get a callback.
