Preparing a pay run and I am unable to exclude employees from the payrun. Any help would be appreciated?

I can help you exclude an employee, Alisonmallon.

 

Just follow these easy steps:

  1. On the Pay Run page, click the employee.
  2. Click the Actions button, then select Exclude from Pay Run

I'll include a screenshot for better guidance.

 

 

Although, if you've clicked it already and you're still unable to exclude them, this unusual behavior can be caused by too much cache. We'll perform some steps to fix it. Let's start with opening QuickBooks Online using an incognito window. This is the best place to identify web issues. If you're able to exclude employees, go back to your main browser, then clear the cache. This is part of the browser hygiene. This fixes and prevents the program to behave differently.

 

On the other hand, you might want to use a different web browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
